Delivery Information


AtoZ has specialisation in Courier & Packaging as we have 5 years experience of courier services. We are delivering our products  by using Fedex, Skyking, ECom Express mainly. For International Services, we are using Fedex Service.

All orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse to your provided shipping address. Processing the order normally takes 1 working days & shipping normally takes 2-6 working days.

Shipping destinations offered by for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 1 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.


Exchanges, Returns and Refunds will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order, For food items it should be as soon as possible so that the item get not expired. Once we receive your paperwork & returned goods, we will ship your or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original credit card depending on your preference. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods.


Risk of Loss
All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that you have no risk of loss & title for such items & passes to our delivery partner. Once you get the items, everything is your responsibility.
